My Workout & Diet Regimen

So, it occured to me that I never included what I'm doing to reach my Inner Video Vixen goals!

As of now, I'm doing cardio 5x per week (moderate-intense) and weight training 2-3x per week. I LOVE the Firm workout videos- I can get my cardio and weight lifting in in under an hour. But...I now think I'm reaching my peak with these videos and I need something more intensive. I've just ordered the Insanity Workout and P90X workout videos- I'll be sure to update you guys on my progress with those!

Ok.....food. This is my weakness. I love it too much! I'm trying to watch my portions, listen to my body, increase fiber....all of the things they tell you to do to lose weight. But I refuse to deny myself food....I've tried that before and it doesn't work for me.

My weight is creeping off this time, only about 2lbs per week, but in the long run, I guess this isn't a bad thing. Will give me more time to get used to the new Inner Video Vixen I'm becoming!
