So....let's just get these measurements and weight #s out of the way.....(can you tell I'm not happy?):
Weight: 231.5---- Total 1 week weight loss: -1.5 lbs* (ughhhh!)
Chest: 37.75"---- Total 1 week weight loss: -.25"
Arms: 15.25"----- Total 1 week weight loss: -.25"
Upper Waist: 34"-- Total 1 week weight loss: -.5"
Lower Waist/Upper Hip: 40"- Total 1 week weight loss: -1"
Hips: 42.5"------ Total 1 week weight loss: 0"
Clothing Size: 14/16
Total 1 week weight loss: -1.5 lbs*
Total 1 week " loss: 2"
So, I really shouldn't be that upset. I knew this weekend would be hard cuz me and the hubby were celebrating Valentine's Day weekend (which was GREAT btw), but I can't help it- I am. We ate REALLY well this weekend- great restaurants (breakfast, dinner), alcohol, sweets (chocolates, ice cream, candy...the list goes on lol), but I thought I had a plan in place. I did try to limit my portion sizes; we walked everywhere this weekend (left our car at home), and I did my 5th workout day on Saturday, and a bonus 6th workout on Sunday. I even got the hubby, who NEVER works out, to join me on Sunday.
I guess I should be happy that I only gained 1 lb over the weekend*, but I'm such a perfectionist. I was really hoping to see my weight below 230.
Well, it's time to refocus- new week, new goals! My goal weight for the week is 229.5.
The one good thing that came out of the weekend was that I got to try out some of my Inner Video Vixen moves on the hub this weekend.... Owww! He loved it....imagine his reaction at 165?? Oh my.....lol.
