I should be alot more upset than I am, but I'm not. I really feel like these #s reflect the fact that I'm about to come on my period (hence the measurement increase in my hips and stomach, but loss in my chest and arms). So, hopefully, the numbers will come down as soon as I actually come on my period.
Hubby and I did day 1 of the Insanity Workout today- OMG!! We almost died, but we got through it. Here are my fit test #s:
Switch Kicks: 116
Jacks: 37
Power Knees: 84
Power Jumps: 20
Frog Jumps: 6 rotations
Suicides: 10
Push-up Jacks: 15
Plank/Knees: 40
I have never been this tired in all my life! The fit test is only 25 minutes, but my heart rate was much higher than it is when I work out for 1 hour! I'm so excited about this workout plan, and I think this is what I need to see some real movement in my weight and measurment #s.
