Hi, I came across your blog when search for insanity reviews. I've been thinking of purchasing the program. I've read that you need to be decent shape before you start this program because it is not a program for beginning. How long were you regularly working out before you started? For the past year, I've gone in spurts. Going regularly for 2 to 3 months, then stopping for various reasons (i.e. back problems, busy schedule, lack of motivation). I'm really glad I found your blog and look forward to seeing you progree. So far you have done an amazing job.
Keep up the great work.
Crystal
p.s. I don't know much about the blog environment, so didn't really know what to put for my profile.
Yay! You're my first comment :-) Thanks for following me and for posting.
I have worked out off and on since high school (14 years). I would say I was in average-avove average shape before I started Insanity....working out via The Firm, Tae Bo, gym classes, etc. 4-5x per week.
My best insanity advice for you is to just go at your own pace, and DON'T press pause. If Shaun T does 10 push ups and all you can do is 5, then you're doing good! Don't give up- it's get's easier.
Things have been crazy for the last couple of weeks, but regular posts will resume on Monday.... and boy to I have some progress to share!!! Thanks for following, and good luck with your goals.
