Do you see these #s?? OMG!! I am so thrilled. I haven't worked out hard enough to lose 4lbs in a week in a very long while. This is a great!! I've also been doing a better job of choosing healthy foods (and even gave myself a pass this weekend), filling up on fiber, making myself eat breakfast every morning, and eating a good nutritious dinner so I fight the urge to have that late night sweet snack. I haven't felt deprived at all this week, and this is the first time I can actually say that. I'm so happy I could cry!
My birthday's in 3 weeks, and I'd love to be able to get down to 220, which is where I was before I took a workout hiatus between September & December. I hope I can do it.....No, I KNOW I can do it!
